Redemption by Obedience

Introduction

Obedience to God is the key to redemption and eternal life. Throughout the scriptures, we see how God sets before us the choice between life and death, blessing and curse, depending on our obedience. Yet, many stray from His path, often prioritizing worldly desires over spiritual growth. The question is: Are we walking in obedience to His will?

Do You Know When God’s Time Will Come?

God’s appointed time can come at any moment—whether you are dancing, eating, rejoicing, sleeping, fighting, or worshipping. Therefore, pray that when He comes, He finds you engaged in good works.

The world constantly tempts us to prioritize material wealth, pleasures, and self-gratification over God’s commands. However, we must love not the things of the world but seek first the Kingdom of God. He that dwells in the will of God abides forever. True redemption comes when we choose obedience over rebellion, righteousness over sin, and faithfulness over compromise.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your word and the grace of redemption through obedience. Help us to walk in Your ways, to choose righteousness over sin, and to remain steadfast in Your will. May we not miss Your kingdom because of worldly distractions. Let our lives be a testimony of Your grace and obedience to Your word. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
